Responsible for performing mortgage loan origination services including assisting members with questions, determine applicant's mortgage needs, offer appropriate mortgage loan options, completion of initial mortgage loan application, perform initial pre-qualification review of application, and solicitation of mortgage loans. Compiles completed mortgage loan application, other initial loan documentation, and provides detailed mortgage notes in system needed for the Mortgage Loan Processors (MLP). Sources new mortgage business through developing strong business relationships with realtors and other sources of business. Tracks loan status and keep members, realtors or sellers, and management appropriately informed. Job Qualifications
