This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills, adaptability, strong communication, the ability to learn quickly in various work settings, and acceptance of the company's culture. They will contribute to the mission and core values of the company by having a team work ethic, representing true excellence, and creating a concierge level experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide coverage for employees who are absent, on leave, or during high-volume periods Assist with a wide range of tasks across all departments Support various departments such as front desk, escrow assistant, and funding Learn and follow the protocols of each department when assigned Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards and policies
