Since 2009, we have funded more than $3 billion in private capital and hard money loans. We currently lend in Arizona, Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida , with a strong focus on growing our newer markets. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Loan Officer who wants the platform, products, support, and geographic reach to grow their production. If you're currently originating hard money, bridge, construction, or investor real estate loans and feel limited by your lender's products, markets, execution, or earning potential , we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Originate private and hard money loans for real estate investors Develop new borrower and referral relationships Grow production across CF1's established and newer lending markets Structure deals and present financing solutions Manage your pipeline from initial contact through closing Work closely with underwriting and processing to efficiently close transactions Build repeat and referral business Qualifications Lending or real estate sales experience preferred Hard money/private lending experience strongly preferred Proven ability to generate and manage a sales pipeline Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills Competitive, self-motivated, and production-driven NMLS license not required Why Capital Fund 1?
