Join our team!!! AMT Title Services is expanding direct operations in the DFW Metropolitan area. We are seeking qualified individuals and Teams to join our Operation. Job Summary:
Responsible for establishing new escrow accounts and processing escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Completing an escrow transaction from beginning to end. Be paid for your book of business! Essential Functions/Responsibilities Completes real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements, clearing titles, assembling, preparing, and reviewing escrow documents, disbursing funds Notary certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days Obtains clear title by ordering title reports; resolving title defects; satisfying existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals Ability to problem solve in a deadline driven and fast-paced environment Commitment to deliver and focus on customer care Multi-task in stressful and high volume situations effectively Assists with business development activities with the assistance of the sales staff Staying up to date with industry knowledge through educational opportunities and professional organizations Adhere to paperless work atmosphere
Job Requirements:
One to Four years of successful Escrow/Title Industry Experience Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information Strong written and verbal skills Background approval Valid Driver's license Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
