Job descriptionLoan Administrator Summary:
Serves customers by working on back-office duties regarding various types of loans the bank offers. Provides support to the Lending team within the bank. Promotes the Banks culture, including the support of our Vision by performing the following duties: Review and check officer worksheet, including the file as a whole, for loan to be submitted to processing as needed. Prepares loan files for officer review including gathering financials, entity docs, etc. Assists underwriting team as requested for documentation. Check and assemble loan documents in preparation of customers signing. Places documents in proper order and submits it to the loan ops department. Submit loan/file maintenance requests as needed. Send the following reports as needed to officers: NSF, Past Dues, and other reports as requested. Make draws for customers. Perform inspections needed for draws and/or renewals of loans or creation of new loans including floor plans, cattle, and interim construction. Run NADA values for customers/officers and loan files. Watch for potential security risks and alerting proper officer of them. Assist with loan cashiers check including loan funding, paying appraisals, etc. Assist officers in various projects which arise. Act as a notary for the bank (customers only). Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager. Analytical and Design- Collects and researches data; Demonstrates attention to detail. Problem Solving
