Lead cross-functional title and escrow operations Manage escrow files from opening to funding Keep transactions moving and closings on schedule Ensure accurate balancing, compliance, and clean files Resolve title issues while supporting client relationships

Qualifications:

5+ years Texas title experience with strong curative background Proven ability to lead and manage a team of escrow officers and closers Familiar with Texas TDI compliance and title standards Proficient in Title Wave, Qualia, or similar systems Has strong and effective communication and delegation skills About Company Trust Title LLC is built on precision, accountability, and clean execution in every closing.
