Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Escrow Assistant to support our escrow team with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, and able to provide exceptional service to clients, lenders, agents, and internal staff throughout the closing process. Responsibilities Assist Escrow Officers with all aspects of escrow transactions from opening to closing Open new escrow files and prepare necessary documentation Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and title companies in both English and Spanish Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly Order payoffs, HOA statements, insurance information, and other required closing items Review and process escrow documents for accuracy and completeness Schedule signing appointments and coordinate closing logistics Assist with preparation of settlement statements, closing disclosures, and funding packages Collect and distribute escrow funds according to instructions and company policies Maintain organized escrow files and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Support post-closing activities including recording and file completion Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required Previous experience in escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, or administrative support preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and escrow/title software systems Knowledge of escrow procedures and real estate transactions is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401K Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time Monday through
