Commercial Loan Processor -
Administrative Assistant I Location:
Seminole, TX Position Overview- Responsible for the providing clerical support for lending activities. Main Duties/ Tasks of Position Performs full range of duties pertaining to the loan processing/closing/servicing and all the responsibilities necessary in granting credit to the Bank's borrowers Pulls system inquiries to obtain credit history on potential borrowers Obtain initial coverage binders or copies of policies from borrowers or insurance agents and maintains up-to-date policies Ascertains level of insurance is appropriate and the Bank is listed as lien holder Obtains pay-off information as necessary Files UCC in a timely manner: perfection of security, interest, collateral Secondary Duties and Responsibilities Identifying and selling bank products and services beneficial to customer needs Assist customers with wire transfer and address customer questions Order printed checks Keep educated on all deposit and business products Open Safe Deposit Boxes Obtain data to open new accounts, including forms, customer's signatures, resolutions, partnership agreements etc. Follow all bank policies and procedures Requirements Good organizational skills, attention to details Ability to communicate effectively with lending personnel Prioritizes tasks Works well with others Knowledge of all bank products and service Other Skills/Abilities Previous administrative and or new account experience preferred but not required Preferred Education Level High school education preferred.
