Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support our escrow team in Southlake, Texas. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our clients. As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a vital role in facilitating real estate transactions and contribute to the continued success and growth of our company.
Job Duties :
Assist the escrow team in managing and coordinating all aspects of real estate transactions. Work closely with escrow officers, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient closings. Conduct title searches, review title commitments, and resolve title issues as necessary. Prepare escrow instructions, settlement statements, and other relevant documentation. Collaborate with internal and external parties to gather and organize required documentation for closings. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the post-closing process, including disbursement of funds and recording of documents.
Qualifications and Skills We Require:
Three (3) years of title insurance, banking, or mortgage industry experience preferred. Knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and escrow procedures. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in 10-key typing for data entry tasks Familiarity with FNMA guidelines and basic math skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
