The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that funds are properly handled. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services, underwriting, and escrow procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities Manage the entire escrow process from opening to closing, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth transactions. Prepare and distribute necessary documentation related to the escrow process. Conduct title searches and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the escrow process to ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices in escrow services. Requirements Experience with SoftPro Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role within financial services or real estate. Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, underwriting processes, and contract management. Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate calculations related to transactions. Familiarity with loan processing and FNMA guidelines is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between locations.
