Utah , Holladay Job Description A high-growth, quietly impressive company I've partnered with is expanding—and seeking an experienced Escrow Officer who takes pride in executing smooth, seamless closings from start to finish. At the center of every successful closing is a strong Escrow Officer. In this role, you'll oversee the full transaction process—preparing and managing legal documentation, presenting closing documents to clients, and ensuring funds are handled accurately. You'll be responsible for confirming clear title, resolving outstanding debts, meeting all financial obligations, and delivering a smooth, properly executed closing.Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform all duties related to the closing process, including pre-close, closing preparation, presenting documents, and post-closing Uphold company Core Values through actions and communication Work up basic files start to finish, including document preparation (Deed, Escrow Instructions, title documents) Take ownership of customer files to ensure a fast, smooth closing and exceptional customer experience Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide top-notch service Prepare final statements/closing disclosures and balance with lenders Prepare closing documents and packagesQualifications:
3+ years of experience in Title & Escrow Ability to thrive in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure Effective verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines Adaptable with a strong work ethic Solid administrative skills Customer service driven Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality Experience in Pre-Closing, Closing, Post-Closing, & Funding For more information regarding this position, reach out to Melissa Johnson at 605.610.2024.
