Position Summary As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will assist borrowers throughout the refinance and mortgage lending process, with a strong focus on VA and FHA loan transactions. This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role that requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and the drive to convert inbound leads into funded loans. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth loan process from application to closing. Key Responsibilities Educate borrowers on refinance options for Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan products Convert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applications Build rapport with borrowers and guide them toward achieving their financial goals Make 30-120 daily outbound and inbound contacts through calls, texts, and emails using CRM systems and company scripts Maintain accurate pipeline management and timely follow-up communication Partner with processing and closing teams to ensure efficient loan completion Basic Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple borrower pipelines effectively Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Basic proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace Required Qualifications Previous Mortgage Loan Officer (LO) experience required General mortgage and loan product knowledge required Must have passed the National NMLS Licensing Exam Active NMLS license preferred Minimum of 1 year of inside sales, mortgage sales, or call center experience Experience with VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs preferred Licensing Support Company-paid state licensing costs Company-paid pre-licensing education hours for additional state licensing Benefits Performance-based bonus structure with strong earning potential 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life insurance and paid time off (PTO) Supportive team environment with advancement opportunities Why Join Us?
