Job Description:

Our client is a regional financial institution that has a national reach. They are currently seeking a Portfolio Manager to join their growing Commercial Real Estate Banking team in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have 3+ years' experience in a commercial credit underwriting or portfolio management capacity with a focus on commercial real estate transactions. Incumbent will handle transactions ranging from $3MM-50MM. Daily responsibilities include credit risk analysis, portfolio monitoring, modifications, renewals, and light workout. Bachelor's degree required.
