We are seeking:
A motivated individual for a full-time customer Loan Officer Assistant position. This individual will serve as a strategic operational partner to Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), supporting the residential mortgage process from application through closing. The LOA is responsible for file quality, borrower communication, documentation management, pipeline coordination, underwriting support, milestone management, closing coordination, and marketing support activities.   • Paid Federal Holidays Requirements 2+ years of mortgage, banking, lending, real estate, title, processing, or related experience preferred.
Strong understanding of residential mortgage lending processes preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively. Microsoft Office proficiency required. Experience with loan origination systems and mortgage technology platforms preferred.
