Job Description
We are seeking:
A motivated individual for a full-time customer Loan Officer Assistant position. This individual will serve as a strategic operational partner to Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), supporting the residential mortgage process from application through closing. The LOA is responsible for file quality, borrower communication, documentation management, pipeline coordination, underwriting support, milestone management, closing coordination, and marketing support activities.
