What You'll Be Responsible For You will oversee the closing process from contract through funding, while leading the team responsible for execution. Own and oversee all real estate transactions from contract to close Manage and support the closing team, setting expectations and holding accountability Ensure clear, professional communication with sellers, title, escrow, and internal teams Identify gaps in the process and implement improvements Maintain accuracy, timelines, and consistency across all files Step in when needed to keep deals moving and resolve issues quickly Ensure all files are organized, compliant, and audit-ready Drive a smooth, predictable, and professional closing experience across every deal Who We're Looking For Strong communicator who leads with clarity, professionalism, and respect Highly organized and detail-oriented, you don't let things slip Proven ability to manage multiple deals and priorities at once Comfortable leading others and holding a high standard for performance Proactive and solutions-focused, you address issues early and directly Calm under pressure and able to navigate fast-moving situations Takes ownership and follows through without needing constant direction Process-minded, always looking for ways to improve how things operate

Experience:

Two years' experience in real estate transactions, title/escrow, or transaction coordination is a plus, but not required for the right person Prior leadership or team oversight experience strongly preferred Ready to Apply?
