Generate new mortgage loan business through networking, community involvement, and customer referrals. Educate borrowers on available mortgage products and financing options. Guide customers through the mortgage application process from initial consultation through closing. Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with applicable lending regulations. Work collaboratively with processing, underwriting, and servicing teams to create a seamless borrower experience. Maintain and obtain NMLS registration through Home State Bank. What We're Looking For Successful experience in mortgage origination and business development. Established relationships within the local real estate community preferred. Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Bilingual in English/Spanish Knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio mortgage products. Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration through Home State Bank.
