Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Analyze loan applications, financial statements, and credit reports to assess creditworthiness and determine loan risk. Structure and approve loan terms in accordance with company underwriting policies and guidelines. Maintain timely turnaround on loan pre-qualifications, underwriting decisions, closing documents, and funding packages. Build strong relationships with distributor finance teams and sales representatives through ongoing education and support of financing programs. Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and accuracy of financial data while providing reporting and underwriting insights to leadership. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance will be considered. High school diploma with relevant underwriting or credit analysis experience may be considered. 1-3 years of experience in: Commercial loan underwriting (preferred) Mortgage underwriting Salary Information $67,000 - $84,000 annually
