What We Do Apply your commercial escrow expertise to help successfully close complex commercial real estate transactions. At First American, you'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll partner with clients and internal teams to coordinate closings, solve challenges, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and seeing transactions through to completion, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Complete closing and escrow processes for commercial transactions. Communicate with multiple parties across multiple locations to successfully complete transactions. Work cross-functionally to monitor and mitigate risk. Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service and solve unique issues. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 3-4 years of escrow/title experience preferred. Strong customer service skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range:

$18.46 - $24.63 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
