  • Job Summary:
  • The Escrow Support Processor provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation and closing of residential escrows, relieving Branch offices of high-volume paperwork. This role supports a fast-paced, production-focused environment and is responsible for processing a large volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Ideal Candidates:
  • + Thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Responsibilities for the Escrow Support Processor includes but not limited to:
  • + MUST be able to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environment—particularly during peak closing periods and month-end cycles. OT may be required based on business needs. + The Escrow Support Processor works behind the scenes to ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Qualifications:
  • + High School Diploma or Equivalent. + 1-2 years escrow processing experience. + Strong organizational skills and detail oriented with focus on accuracy. + Srong time management skills and ability to make decisions independently. + MUST Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing escrow process. + MUST live near Mesa, AZ to qualify.

  • Pay Details:
  • $19.
