Full Job Description Primary Responsibilities:

Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following: Communicating with loan officers to gather necessary information for preparing accurate loan disclosures Reviewing and validating fee data prior to issuing initial and revised disclosures Preparing disclosure documents including the Loan Estimates (LE), in accordance with all guidelines Facilitating borrower disclosure signings through Docusign Utilizing the Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) and performing related registration and tracking tasks Requesting verifications of employment (VOEs) and other supporting documentation required for disclosure preparation Initiating title and escrow orders and confirming receipt of preliminary reports Monitoring loan milestones to ensure timely delivery of required disclosures Managing Change of Circumstance (COC) requests and issuing revised disclosures when needed Maintaining organized records of all disclosure documents and borrower acknowledgments Other related duties as assigned

Compensation:

$23-25 per hour, dependent on experience

Overtime must be approved.
