This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with escrow officers, loan officers, and clients to ensure accurate processing of real estate transactions, adhering to all regulatory standards and company policies. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional service and support the successful closing of property deals. Duties Assist with the preparation and review of escrow documents, contracts, and loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support escrow officers in managing the escrow process from opening to closing, including coordinating with lenders, title companies, and clients. Verify borrower information, including credit analysis and financial documentation, ensuring compliance with FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines and fair housing regulations. Process loan origination paperwork, TILA (Truth in Lending Act) disclosures, and other regulatory documentation accurately and efficiently. Conduct basic math calculations for escrow amounts, prorations, and settlement statements using 10-key typing skills. Maintain detailed records of all escrow transactions, ensuring adherence to mortgage servicing standards and bank policies. Support loan processing activities by reviewing underwriting requirements and assisting in fulfilling conditions for loan approval. Skills Strong knowledge of FNMA guidelines, underwriting procedures, and mortgage servicing practices. Experience with loan origination processes, credit analysis, and loan processing workflows. Familiarity with fair housing regulations, TILA disclosures, contracts, and banking procedures. Excellent basic math skills combined with proficiency in 10-key typing for accurate data entry. Ability to interpret complex financial documents and perform detailed credit assessments. Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, lenders, title companies, and internal teams. Demonstrated organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
