Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Bridge Loan Associate to join our team at our Long Beach office. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate lending. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mortgage lending, escrow, or title, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment. This position will involve direct interaction with ownership and senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing and managing bridge loan applications from intake to closing Collect, review, and organize borrower and property documentation Support underwriting by analyzing financials, rent rolls, and property data Coordinate with escrow, title, brokers, and borrowers throughout the loan process Maintain and update loan pipeline and internal tracking systems Prepare loan summaries, reports, and internal documentation Provide general administrative and operational support to the lending team
Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in mortgage lending, escrow, title, or related field preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
