Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Loan Processor to join their client's commercial lending team in Modesto, CA. This position is a temporary role with the potential for direct hire, depending on performance and budget availability. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the lending team by processing commercial loan applications efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to the commercial lending team. Assist in processing commercial loan applications with precision and attention to detail. Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with regulatory standards. Coordinate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing. Maintain effective communication with team members and clients to resolve any loan-related inquiries or issues. Fully onsite at the Administrative Office in Modesto, CA. Manage a high volume of loan applications while adhering to strict deadlines. Requirements Available to work full time, regularly up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Ability to work occasional overtime depending on department needs. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Required Work Hours Monday through Friday, with occasional but limited overtime depending on department needs. Benefits This role offers competitive pay with a range of $28.50 to $35.00 per hour. The maximum pay is $35, and the minimum pay is $28.
