The Card Payments Admin focuses on the production/processing and monitoring of member card orders. They ensure production runs smoothly and address any issues in a timely manner. This includes monitoring inventory of card production.
•Please note this position is 100% onsite in Palo Alto, CA
• Who YOU are: At least 6+ months credit union/banking experience Familiarity with general banking concepts, practices and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills High School Diploma/GED required What YOU'LL do: Responsible for daily monitoring, processing, and resolution of member card order inquiries through multiple communication channels Print, pack and ship member card orders in a timely manner, and ensure the accuracy and quality of those orders Monitor inventory of card production materials such as plastic stock, cleaning supplies, packaging and inserts Maintain accurate records of card production activities Communicate with internal and external members to ensure production runs smoothly and any issues are addressed in a timely manner Support the other functions of the Payments team as needed Responsible for understanding, adhering to, and complying with Bank Secrecy Act requirements and the Credit Union's Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures Some of our benefits for
