Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Escrow Support Processor opportunities in Roseville, CA(Onsite role). Responsibilities for Escrow Support Processor include but are not limited to:
- Scan, image, and archive escrow-related documents to ensure complete transaction records are maintained.
- Verify document accuracy and compliance with company quality control standards.
- Maintain and protect vital records through proper documentation and imaging processes.
- Process large volumes of escrow documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Receive and process lender and buyer funds.
- Support escrow teams by fulfilling prior-to-document conditions and transaction requirements.
- Manage HOA demand requests and related documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support for escrow functions on a national level.
- Communicate necessary information, updates, and instructions to escrow Branches.
- Meet daily production goals in a high-volume processing environment.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all assigned transactions and documents.
- Follow established procedures and workflows while maintaining efficiency.
- Participate in monthly performance reviews and ongoing training sessions.
- Gradually expand responsibilities by learning and mastering additional processes and tasks.
- Process and image escrow-related documents while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
- Receive and record lender/buyer funds and complete assigned escrow support functions.
- Review transaction requirements, fulfill prior-to-doc conditions, and support escrow teams with administrative tasks.
- Manage high-volume, repetitive processing activities in a production-focused environment.
- Maintain detailed and organized records to ensure regulatory and company compliance Candidates for Escrow Support Processor must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, banking, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong data entry and document processing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, production-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
- Ability to learn multiple processes and adapt to changing priorities.

$ 21.01/hr.Shift:
6:00 AM-5:30 PM Mon- Fri- Roseville, CA(Onsite role)

Pay Details:
