Job Description

Job Summary A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Loan Processor in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented banking professional with strong commercial lending, construction loan, and loan closing experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment. The Commercial Loan Processor will support commercial loan production by building complete and accurate loan files, coordinating documentation, communicating with internal and external partners, and ensuring loans are processed in accordance with bank policy and applicable state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of commercial loan documentation, underwriting file requirements, compliance guidelines, and closing processes, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with loan officers, customers, title and escrow companies, attorneys, brokers, insurance companies, construction contractors, and other third parties to collect required loan documentation.
  • Compile and review financial, collateral, construction loan, and title documentation to prepare complete loan files for underwriting.
  • Ensure loan files meet applicable compliance requirements, including RESPA, Reg B, OFAC, HMDA, Adverse Action, and flood insurance guidelines.
  • Coordinate with loan officers, brokers, escrow officers, and customers to resolve documentation issues and obtain information required for underwriting and closing.
  • Manage the loan closing process to confirm all conditions, documentation, updates, endorsements, and final reports meet bank and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain professional communication, strong customer service, and accurate use of software systems and websites required to support commercial loan processing. Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay range: $27.00 to $37.00 per hour.
  • Location:
    Santa Rosa, CA.
  • Minimum of 10 CRA volunteer hours per year, typically scheduled during business hours.
  • CRA volunteer time is compensable, and mileage is reimbursed.
