Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Commercial Loan Processor to join our team at our corporate office in Santa Rosa, California. The Commercial Loan Processor processes and coordinates commercial loan transactions. The position works closely with Commercial Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, Loan Operations, borrowers, title companies, and other third parties to ensure loan documentation is complete, accurate, properly executed, and compliant with Bank policies and applicable regulatory requirements. The role may handle commercial real estate, C&I, construction, agricultural, SBA, and other commercial lending transactions of varying complexity. This position is well suited for someone with commercial loan processing experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple transactions and deadlines. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of commercial loan types, entity structures, title reports, and the documentation required to move loans efficiently from approval through closing. The position will independently process routine commercial loan transactions and receive guidance and support on more complex transactions as needed. What You'll Do Process commercial loan transactions from approval through closing. Gather and review financial, collateral, entity, title, insurance, and other required loan documentation. Coordinate with Commercial Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, Loan Operations, title/escrow companies, and other third parties to keep transactions moving toward closing. Identify documentation, title, collateral, or compliance issues and work with the appropriate parties to resolve them. Prepare and coordinate complete commercial loan packages for loan documentation and closing. Help ensure commercial loan transactions comply with Bank policies and applicable regulatory requirements. An Ideal Candidate Will Possess Knowledge of commercial loan processing, documentation, collateral requirements, and closing procedures. Working knowledge of commercial lending products and applicable banking regulations and commercial lending compliance requirements. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with Relationship Managers, customers, attorneys, title companies, and internal departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commercial loan/document management systems. Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to responsive, collaborative service. Education/Experience High school diploma or GED required. Three or more years of banking or commercial loan processing experience preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Experience with commercial real estate, C&I, construction, agricultural, SBA, or other commercial lending transactions is desirable. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
Compensation:
