About This Opportunity:
This role is for more than a traditional loan officer assistant. We're looking for a high producing star talent to work directly alongside leadership to take-over and refine existing sales support processes to help scale our operations. You'll have the opportunity to develop workflows and take ownership of ideas with a path to grow as team leader or specialist. This is a full-time W-2 position based at our home office in Centennial, Colorado, with a potential hybrid schedule based on performance and independence. This position will receive monthly bonus compensation for additional financial incentive.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
Mortgage loan assistant, processor, loan setup, or mortgage operations experience Experience supporting Loan Officers or other high-producing sales professionals Familiarity with mortgage documents, underwriting conditions, or loan terminology CRM, loan origination system, or financial-services software experience Mortgage experience is a strong plus, but we are also interested in highly capable candidates with the organization, communication skills, and ability to learn the industry quickly.
Responsibilities:
Support Loan Officers with day-to-day loan and pipeline management Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email during the loan process Collect, review and organize borrower documentation Assist with reviewing files for missing documents, conditions, and next steps Help prepare loans for processing, underwriting, and closing Track important dates, follow-ups, conditions, and outstanding items Coordinate with processors or third parties for loan file updates Update customer and loan information within company systems Provide customers with clear updates and an excellent overall experience Identify opportunities to improve organization, workflow, and team efficiency
