Salary:

$65K plus a $50 bonus for each funded loan file.

Position Overview Experienced Loan Processor to manage loan files from initial registration through funding. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth experience for both clients and internal partners. The ideal candidate brings strong mortgage processing experience and thrives in a detail-driven, fast-paced environment. Preference for candidates with a reliable commute to the office located in Cherry Creek at 3773 E Cherry Creek N Drive. What You'll Do Manage loan files from registration/lock through closing and funding Track and meet key milestones and deadlines throughout the loan lifecycle Collect, review, and organize documentation for underwriting submission Interpret underwriting guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) to ensure file compliance Review loan approvals and coordinate with borrowers to gather required conditions Prepare and send disclosures, forms, and documentation requests Order and manage third-party services (appraisals, title, insurance, VOEs, credit supplements, condo docs) Communicate proactively with borrowers, lenders, and third parties to keep loans on track Review Closing Disclosures for accuracy, including fees and cash-to-close Support underwriting and production teams to ensure timely, high-quality closings What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 5 years of mortgage processing experience Strong understanding of loan guidelines, documentation, and systems Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF tools Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Professionalism, patience, and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why Join Columbine Mortgage?
