You will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and finalizing loan documentation from dealerships, ensuring all files meet compliance and funding requirements before disbursement. πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities Loan Processing & Quality Control Review and perform quality control on auto loan contracts submitted from dealerships Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and procedures Compare loan file data across multiple systems to ensure consistency Identify and flag discrepancies or out-of-compliance information Manage and review 10-20 loan files at a time in a fast-paced environment Dealer & Credit Union Coordination Follow up with dealerships to collect missing documentation or stipulations Communicate with credit unions and dealers to clarify information when needed Send completed loan packages to credit unions for funding or complete funding on their behalf Data Entry & Documentation Accurately input and track loan information in internal systems and spreadsheets Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation for each file Utilize Excel and other tools to manage pipeline and status updates πŸ”Ή Must-Have Qualifications βœ… Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced data entry or processing role βœ… At least 1 year of office experience (administrative, banking, dealership, or similar) βœ… Strong attention to detail and accuracy βœ… Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (editing spreadsheets, tracking data, working across tabs) βœ… Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously πŸ”Ή Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience in auto loan processing or indirect lending Experience in banking, financial services, or consumer loan processing Customer service experience within financial institutions πŸ”Ή Top Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Solid organizational and time management skills Effective written and occasional verbal communication Proficiency with data systems and Excel tracking πŸ”Ή Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Opportunity to work with a top-tier financial services client Clear path for career growth into Processor II or Team Lead roles within 1-2 years Supportive leadership and strong company culture centered on "people helping people" Comprehensive training (1:1 and group) followed by autonomy in your role Mission-driven organization focused on community impact and affordable lending Strong commitment to DEI initiatives and LGBTQ+ support Business casual dress code and a collaborative work environment #westpriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood Village, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
