Job Description

An organization in Meriden, CT is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a professional with strong administrative and financial documentation skills who can help support the loan process from application through approval.
Key Responsibilities:
Review loan applications for completeness and accuracyCollect, verify, and organize supporting financial and personal documentationCommunicate with applicants, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to obtain required informationMaintain accurate loan files and update information in internal systemsMonitor loan pipeline and help ensure deadlines are met throughout the processIdentify missing documentation or discrepancies and follow up for resolutionSupport compliance with company policies and lending regulationsProvide general administrative support related to loan processing activities
