Key Responsibilities:

Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracyCollect, verify, and organize borrower financial information, credit documents, and disclosuresCommunicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to gather required informationEnsure loan files meet internal guidelines and regulatory compliance requirementsTrack loan status and maintain accurate records throughout the processing cycleAssist in clearing conditions and preparing files for underwriting and closingProvide responsive, professional service to clients and internal stakeholders
