Quaker Title & Escrow is seeking an experienced Title Processor to join our team. We are a South Florida title and escrow company built on a foundation of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on delivering a smooth closing experience for our clients and referral partners, and we're looking for someone who shares that commitment to quality service to step into a steady, long-term role on our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a communication-centered role requiring consistent interaction with realtors, buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout each transaction. The ideal candidate is responsive, organized, and comfortable managing both communication and file responsibilities with care and efficiency, while working to forge and maintain referral source relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Open and manage title files from contract to closing Communicate regularly with realtors, buyers, sellers, and lenders Respond to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner Maintain positive relationships with referral partners by providing responsive, reliable service that supports continued business Review title commitments and assist with clearing title matters Prepare closing packages and maintain organized files Order and review lien searches, payoffs, and related documents Keep all parties informed throughout the transaction process

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in title processing or real estate transactions preferred Strong communication and follow-through Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files in a consistent and efficient manner Comfortable working within established processes and systems
