Primary Responsibilities:

Closing Management:

Facilitate and manage a high volume of mortgage closings from inception to completion, ensuring total accuracy and compliance.

Wholesale Coordination:

Serve as the lead point of contact for wholesale firms, managing their specific documentation requirements and maintaining elite professional relationships.

Document Mastery:

Prepare and review comprehensive closing disclosures, settlement statements, and all required legal instruments for Florida real estate transactions.

Financial Integrity:

Balance files, manage the receipt and disbursement of funds, and ensure all escrow accounts are reconciled according to strict state and federal regulations.

Quality Control:

Perform deep-dive reviews of title commitments and clearing requirements to ensure every file is ready for a seamless signing.

Proactive Communication:

Resolve last-minute obstacles by communicating effectively with buyers, sellers, realtors, and wholesale lending partners.

Experience and Qualifications:

Professional Background:

Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience specifically in a Title Closer role.

High-Volume Expertise:

Proven success working within a high-production mortgage closing environment is required.

Wholesale Fluency:

Deep understanding of the unique workflows, timelines, and documentation needs specific to wholesale lending.

Technical Proficiency:

Mastery of industry-standard software such as Qualia, SoftPro, or RamQuest.

Resilience:

The ability to remain calm, organized, and meticulously detail-oriented in a deadline-driven environment.

Florida Standards:
