Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of files. Working with internal client groups, each file moves through several processes and teams before it is complete. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate support of the wire approval and related processes including, but not limited to reviewing wires entered by others, communicating with internal parties to correct wire details, and approving wires for release once verified for accuracy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the timely and accurate support of the wire approval and related processes. Reviews Action Lists, Reports and/or incoming email requests to prioritize work. Review details of wire transfers entered by others. Verifies wire details against documents in ResWare. Approves wires for release once verified for accuracy. Drops confirmation of wire into ResWare. Notifies the party who entered the wire of any issues or discrepancies. Initiates periodic follow-up until the issue is resolved. Issues stop payments in ResWare and bank systems. Reviews bank systems for wire statuses and resolves as needed. Supports the Cashier's Check process, as needed. Supports other Shared Services teams as applicable. Participates in learning and development activities to expand knowledge base. Other related duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in title escrow, bookkeeping, accounting, mortgage or banking preferred Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment
