Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to help manage and support the mortgage lending team. You will play a key role in helping to facilitate accurate, efficient, and smooth processing of mortgage applications while maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies. Duties Collect documentation, prepare and review loan file to ensure accuracy and completeness, and that compliance requirements are met. Communicate with borrowers to gather missing information or clarify details needed for loan approval. Perform loan processing adminstrative functions. Coordinate with loan officers to facilitate the smooth flow of loan processing from application to closing. Maintain detailed records of all loan processing activities, disclosures, and correspondence. Perform file maintenance on ongoing basis. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and/or concerns.

Qualifications:

Experience in mortgage loan processing within the financial services industry, and familiarity with regulation and compliance. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
