S_177136 We are looking for a Loan Operations Specialist to ensure the timely and accurate processing of consumer and residential loan applications from application through underwriting submission.
This role involves gathering and verifying documentation, preparing compliant disclosures, and ensuring all loan packages meet regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of servicing and operational tasks efficiently, provide excellent customer support, and maintain full compliance with all laws and policies
Responsibilities:
- Process consumer and residential loan applications.
- Prepare loan files for underwriting review.
- Prepare compliant and timely loan disclosures.
- Order and request required file documentation.
- Follow up to ensure all preliminary documentation is received and complete.
- Prepare loan packages for submission to underwriting.
- Coordinate with originators and/or applicants to clear underwriting conditions.
- Complete loan servicing and operational tasks, including documentation review, system updates, and file maintenance.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. ...
- Provide back-up for other operational positions as directed by management.
- Perform additional loan operations duties and activities as assigned by management.
Working hours:
8:00 AM
PM Skills:
- Prior Mortgage Loan Operations experience.
- Prior Customer Service experience.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based applications and programs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining prompt action to achieve timely results.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness when handling documentation. Maintain confidentiality and a high degree of integrity.
- Portray a professional image of self and the organization. Ability to make thoughtful decisions, follow established procedures, and think creatively to generate solutions.
- Desire and motivation to help others.
