Monday - Friday, daytime shifts plus rotating Saturday morningsBenefits :

The Mortgage Loan Processor, with an insurance focus, assists in the loan process by verifying insurance information on all applicable loan files, ordering documents needed to complete the files, updating information on the computer system in accordance with Bank and secondary market guidelines.Primary Duties :
Answer phone/customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service to all customers. Understand flood insurance requirements. Work uninsured collateral reports. Add Longview Bank to various types of collateral as lienholder. Force place/refund insurance on loans. Set up automatic and Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) payments. Continue Uniform Commercial Codes (UCC). Maintain/update loan fee income tracking logs/reports. Maintain weekly and monthly reports as required by management. Maintain/update collateral tracking on core system. Scan and index loan files to Director. Prepare Adverse Action Notices. Complete credit inquiries for borrowers from the companies in which they do business. Perform teller duties on the Saturday rotation, during lunches, and/or other times as needed. Cross sell Bank products and services. Complete all training as required by management. Comply with BSA/AML training and reports any suspicious activity to BSA officer. Comply with all Bank policies and banking regulations. Any and all other duties as might be assigned to you.Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in loan processing, banking operations, insurance servicing, or a related field. Working knowledge of mortgage loan processes, documentation, and secondary market guidelines. Understanding of insurance requirements related to lending, including hazard and flood insurance. Experience with collateral tracking, lienholder updates, and force-placed insurance processes preferred. Familiarity with loan systems (e.g., Precision or similar platforms) and document imaging/indexing. Experience handling ACH setup, payment processing, and account maintenance tasks. Basic knowledge of Uniform Commercial Codes (UCC) filings and continuations preferred. Experience preparing loan documentation, including adverse action notices and credit inquiries. Strong customer service experience, including handling borrower inquiries in a professional manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.NOTE:
