Escrow Processor Kansas Secured Title - Wichita, KS (Derby Office) Kansas Secured Title, a trusted leader in title insurance and real estate closing services since 1948, is seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Processor to join our Derby team. This is an order entry-focused position ideal for someone who values accuracy, professionalism, and organization in a fast-paced office environment.

What You'll Do:

Perform data entry and manage orders with a high level of accuracy Schedule and coordinate real estate closings Prepare and review closing documents Ensure all title requirements are completed thoroughly Maintain balanced, organized files Provide professional customer service to clients and partners Build and maintain strong client relationships

What We're Looking For:

Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills Professional communication and presentation Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Dependable, responsible, and team-focused Solid computer skills and data entry experience Preferred (not required): Experience in real estate transactions , title , or escrow Familiarity with loan documentation or closing processes
