Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starter to work as an Escrow & Cash Processing Specialist at Members Mortgage Services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the servicing department, ensuring insurance needs are met. Responsibilities Open and sort mail. Data Entry. Work with providers and members regarding hazard insurance and flood insurance. Verify borrower-paid taxes and insurance, impounding for escrow and force placing insurance where needed. Assist as needed with annual escrow analysis. Responsible for providing excellent customer service via the phone, email, and web messaging. Perform other administrative duties and assignments as required or assigned. Qualifications Equivalent to a high school education. No experience necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills to professionally interact with providers, members and colleagues and maintain confidentiality. Strong customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, document preparation, and communication. Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
