Job Description

Job Overview:
Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Commercial Support department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 12-week period beginning May through August 2026, scheduled to work up to 40 hours per week. The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Data conversion Managing commercial customer contact notes Other miscellaneous duties as assigned Requirements for the position: A high school diploma (or equivalent) Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn Loan Origination Software Organizational and analytical problem-solving skills Detail-oriented for accuracy Basic accounting skills preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to prioritize projects and duties A high level of professionalism EEO/Veterans/Disabled
