Responsibilities:

Open and process new title orders Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders Order payoffs and other required documents Assist with clearing title requirements Prepare and organize files for closing Maintain accurate information within Qualia Work closely with our Closing and Title teams Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction

What We're Looking For:

Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Title or real estate experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Pay:

$18-$22/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday Pay:

$35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
