Duties Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients through internal communication channels to gather necessary information and clarify documentation requirements. Make phone calls to clients to acquire applications Utilize Encompass or similar loan origination software to manage loan processing workflows efficiently from application intake to approval. Ensure all loan files meet federal, state, and local regulatory compliance standards related to banking regulations. Maintain detailed records of loan documentation, contracts, and compliance checks while supporting the loan origination process Qualifications Proven experience in loan processing within a financial services environment.
