Job Description
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with title industry experience? Closeline Settlements, a leading title and settlement services company operating in 38 states, is seeking a Title Pre-Processor to join our team at our headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients and industry partners, and takes pride in keeping real estate transactions moving smoothly from contract to closing. Primary Responsibilities Assist Senior Processors with residential real estate settlement transactions from file opening through closing preparation Perform initial file setup and ensure all required information is obtained and entered accurately Order and obtain payoffs, HOA/condominium documentation, tax information, and other required settlement documents Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and vendors to gather information and provide status updates Coordinate and schedule closings Review files for completeness and identify missing items Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant transaction files throughout the settlement process Support the processing team to ensure deadlines are met and exceptional customer service is provided Qualifications Minimum one year of title, settlement, escrow, mortgage, or real estate transaction experience preferred Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word Experience with title production software is a plus What We Offer Opportunity to work with a growing company operating in 38 states Collaborative and professional team environment Stable, full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement Competitive compensation based on experience Salary commensurate with experience.
