Compensation Base Salary:

Responsibilities:

Ensure all real estate transactions are accurately reconciled and documented to maintain compliance and client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to finalize closing documents, ensuring all necessary signatures and approvals are obtained. Review and verify financial statements to confirm accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions. Coordinate with external partners, such as lenders and real estate agents, to resolve any discrepancies or outstanding issues. Maintain organized records of all post-closing activities, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information when needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor and update internal systems to reflect the status of each transaction, ensuring transparency and accountability across the team.

Qualifications:

Experience in real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies. Proven track record of reviewing and verifying financial statements for accuracy. Strong organizational skills to maintain and retrieve closing documents efficiently.
