$27•29 per hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday America Safe Title is hiring an experienced Escrow Processor to join our Livonia office. The primary responsibility of this position is balancing Closing Disclosures with lenders and preparing files for accurate, on-time closings. Our business is primarily focused on refinance transactions. Experience with purchase transactions is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Balance Closing Disclosures directly with lenders Review lender instructions, fees, payoffs, taxes, title charges, and borrower figures Prepare accurate settlement statements and final closing documents Manage approximately 10-12 files per day while maintaining accuracy Communicate with lenders, borrowers, title processors, escrow officers, and closing agents Resolve balancing discrepancies and obtain final lender approval Confirm funding requirements and funds needed for closing Maintain complete and accurate file notes and documentation Ensure files meet company, lender, and compliance requirements Assist with refinance and purchase transactions as needed Qualifications Previous escrow processing, mortgage closing, title, or Closing Disclosure balancing experience Strong experience balancing CDs with lenders Ability to independently manage 10-12 files per day Refinance transaction experience required Purchase transaction experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear and professional written and verbal communication Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Comfortable working with title production and lender software Experience with Qualia is preferred but not required Compensation and Benefits $27•29 per hour, based on experience Overtime eligibility Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision benefits Monday through Friday schedule Growth opportunities within a growing title company Work Location This is a full-time, in-office position located in Livonia, Michigan 48152 .
