Full Job Description Overview Job Summary:
Priority 1 Lending is searching for a Mortgage Operations Team to join our dream team Operations specialists ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of a company. To be successful as an operations specialist, you should be committed to improving customer experiences and able to ensure operational efficiency.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Entering data
  • Splitting and labeling new loan packages
  • Ordering flood certifications, FHA case number assignments and verifications of income
  • State-specific disclosures and appraisal mail-outs
  • Social Security Number verifications
  • Indexing of loan conditions
  • Ordering and uploading 4506-T transcripts
  • Loan participant state and federal verification
  • State and federal compliance condition reviews
  • Review, Understand and enter title orders
  • Follow up with requests for required information while understanding the why of the information needed
  • Be familiar with State and City requirements
  • Scheduling and preparing loan files for closing after conditions that are cleared from Underwriting and Processing.
  • Execute General Knowledge of title clearance
  • Any Additional Task assigned by the Operations manager
  • Prepares closing loan package necessary for individual loan types in accordance with Bank and Investor guidelines
  • Ensures the timely movement and closing of approved loans through the pipeline.
  • Contacts Title Companies, Attorneys, Loan Officers, Processors and Insurance Companies to obtain documentation necessary to close mortgage loans.
  • Monitors loan status on a continual basis to ensure that timely/qualify standards are achieved
  • Recommends procedural changes to management.
  • Complies with Banks Policies and Procedures, as well as regulatory compliance.
  • Keeps abreast of industry regulations and changes
  • Complete MERS registration prior to closed loan submission to investor
  • Complete MERS transfer of servicing/transfer of beneficiary at time of purchase Job requirements:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (specifically Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Production and process oriented
  • Comfortable talking with Clients over the phone
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to multitask and adapt
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Onsite, full-time attendance
  • Strong teamwork skills and self-awareness, while being able to perform tasks independently and problem solve with confidence
  • Detail oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information
  • Understanding of basic computer skills (Google, Google drive, Google Spreadsheet, ect.)
  • Previous experience working with a Title Company, strongly preferred but not required
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
