No title experience? No problem. We care more about mindset than industry background. If you come from accounting, banking, bookkeeping, finance, reconciliation, operations, or a role where accuracy mattered—you'll fit right in and we'll teach you the title side. What You'll Do Review closing files and prepare transactions for funding Verify balances, figures, and disbursement details Coordinate wires and check processing Reconcile funds and identify discrepancies before they become problems Work cross-functionally with closers, processors, lenders, and operations Help improve workflows and create a smoother closing experience Keep deals moving while maintaining accuracy and compliance What Makes You a Fit Strong attention to detail—you catch what others miss Comfortable working with numbers and financial transactions Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset Background in accounting, banking, bookkeeping, finance, operations, AP/AR, reconciliation, or similar preferred Tech-comfortable and quick to learn systems Title experience is a bonus—not required Why Join Us Learn a specialized industry with long-term growth potential Direct impact—you'll see your work move real transactions forward Fast-moving environment without layers of bureaucracy Team that values ideas, ownership, and initiative Training and career growth opportunities
