Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission Coordinate with loan officers, processors, and lenders to obtain required documentation, resolve discrepancies, and move loans efficiently through the pipeline Prepare and submit initial disclosure packages and required loan documentation Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate loan scenarios, identify potential issues, and determine appropriate solutions to help qualify loans for approval

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and time management skills and superior attention to detail Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 2 years of doc preparation, senior underwriting, or senior processing Mortgage lending experience and loan knowledge required, specifically with Non-QM, FHA, VA, and conventional Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems About Company American First Funding (formerly Lakeview Lending LLC) is a growing brokerage committed to delivering exceptional loan services to clients.
