We're looking for a Recording Specialist who thrives on precision, organization, and execution. This role is responsible for ensuring documents are accurately prepared, submitted, recorded, and finalized—helping bring transactions across the finish line. Title experience is a plus, but we're open to training someone with strong administrative, operations, document management, mortgage, banking, or compliance experience. What You'll Do Prepare and submit documents for recording with county offices and e-recording platforms Review executed closing packages for completeness and accuracy Monitor recording status and resolve rejected recordings Coordinate with closers, lenders, agents, and internal teams to obtain corrections when needed Maintain accurate tracking and documentation throughout the recording process Ensure post-closing deadlines and service standards are met Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency What Makes You a Fit Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage deadlines and high transaction volume Organized with excellent follow-through Comfortable reviewing legal and financial documents Experience in title, mortgage, recording, administration, banking, operations, compliance, or document processing preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems Why Join Us Opportunity to build expertise in a specialized industry Collaborative and fast-moving team environment Career growth opportunities within title and operations Training and development support Direct impact on delivering a seamless closing experience
